KeyResponsibilities:


  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to the CFO and senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and controls.
  • Identify and manage financial risks.
  • Manage the team of 4 people and provide guidance and support.
  • Provide financial advice and support to the CFO.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Any other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong technical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage a team of 4 people.
  • Good problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of local and international regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
