SECURE CARE AND OFFENDER HEALTH SERVICES
Team Administrator to the FIRST Community Services Team (Band ⁄2 hours per week)


We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Team Administrator to join our community team based at Reaside Clinic which is a medium secure unit in Birmingham.

The Team Administrator role is a central role within the department and provides administrative support to a large multi-disciplinary team


Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.

You will need to meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure. You must have the ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet the needs of the service.

A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. The post holder will also be required to take comprehensive minutes and transcribe notes from digital dictation.


The successful applicant with have an NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.
