As a Curriculum Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent high quality of our programs, fostering outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices, and providing exemplary support to both learners and employers.


As the Curriculum Leader in Construction, you will lead the management of programs of study, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

You will collaborate closely with apprenticeship curriculum areas and work-based delivery teams to provide comprehensive support to learners, challenging them to reach their full potential.

The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft.

Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
