We are recruiting for a permanent Scheduling Administrator to join our South Yorkshire Team, based at Doncaster Ambulance Station (currently working from home).


We also have a fixed term vacancy to cover a secondment until 31 March 2025 in our North and East Team, based at Fairfield's in York (currently working from home).


Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week (full time) over 7 days, covering , including public holidays, in line with the team rota.


You will be a team player but able to use common sense and initiative; and able to interact with a wide range of colleagues and managers across the Trust.

The main role of the Scheduling Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Capacity Planning & Scheduling Team, be a helpful first point of contact and ensure the efficient and effective use of resources on a daily basis in line with budgetary targets.
