Business Transformation Programme Lead

Salary:
circa £24,000 per annum (pro rata amount)


Hours per week: 14 hours


Contract type: 12 months

About the role

IOSH is embarking on the implementation of a new CRM system to meet business needs and requirements for the future, as part of a wider business process transformation programme of work to develop our capabilities moving forward.

The Project Lead will work closely as part of the project team including the business sponsors and project manager, and aligned to our external technology supplier.

Acting as Project Lead, the post-holder will work collaboratively across the organisation, particularly with the IOSH Leadership Forum, Project Management Office, Digital and Technical teams & Programme Board.

They will ensure input from, and represent, all business users to refine business requirements, define & implement project goals, communicate with stakeholders, and support the management of the programme through to successful closure and into business as usual.

Role Responsibilities
Take on the role of project lead across IOSH for the Business Process transformation and CRM programme of work.
Lead the development of the CRM strategy aligned with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.

Ensure input, collaboration and a joined up approach with other related projects and workstreams in train, including digitalisation, payment strategies and the IOSH member grades updates.

Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimise member engagement, retention, and satisfaction, and drive commercial revenue growth.

With the project manager, lead the ongoing scoping and requirements for the CRM and ongoing digital projects, ensuring cross-organisational input and customer focused output throughout, representing the business users.

Work collaboratively across the organisation, ensuring all business and customer needs are considered in the development and delivery of existing and new projects.

Analyse and prioritise requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and are feasible within the scope of the project.

Contribute to the effective management and project reporting for the project, enabling the Project Manager to effectively report to project sponsors and project board, highlighting any risks, challenges and opportunities effectively.

Lead, and/or support Heads of Service, in the preparation of papers for the IOSH decision making process, including project boards, Business Management Group and governance boards.

Working with Heads of Service, consider opportunities for ongoing business process improvements, identifying where a programme of work or project may realise customer benefit or internal efficiencies.
