Description
Contribute to the evaluation, selection and introduction of new equipment and technology where appropriate. Lead in ordering/stock control and receipt of consumable items used in clerical work. Responsible for the safe use of office equipment.

Recognise and confirm accuracy of reported equipment faults and ensure details are documented and appropriate steps taken for their correction.

Ensure clean and tidy procedure environments are maintained. Assist as appropriate in the motivation of staff to ensure completion of individual and overall workloads. Assist with maintenance of local risk management policies. Complies with Trust and local policies.
