Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skills will be advantageous.


TYPE:
Permanent, Full-time


WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours a week


SALARY:
£30k + good benefits


LOCATION:
London (Near Victoria station)


RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Check data accuracy in orders, invoices, and other paperwork.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer data.
  • Liaise with suppliers in Europe and Japan to confirm material availability and arrange delivery schedules.
  • Administration of sales/purchase and invoice paperwork through SAP.
  • Monitoring of customer credit using Microsoft Excel.

PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Administrative experience is a must
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator.
  • IT: excellent capability with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ideally experience of using SAP and Salesforce.

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
