Your role within our Lettings department will be to ensure timely lets of properties, ensuring the customer receives first class service at all times.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Qualifying leads
Matching applicants to suitable properties
Booking viewings and getting viewing feedback
Negotiating contracts
Keeping landlords fully up to date of progress
Maintaining databases to ensure details are always up to date and accurate
Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet legal requirements
