Japanese-speaking Creative Director (Ref:MI448161)
An IT company in London is looking for a Japanese-speaking IP - Creative Director.

You will be responsible for creative work related to the production of VTuber content.

Understanding of Japanese culture and business level Japanese would be preferred.

£24K~ depending on experience

LOCATION:
London (Office base only)


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Creative planning
  • Outsourced illustration orders
  • Inhouse banner and logo production
  • Checking of illustration rights
  • Progress management, quality control, acceptance management
  • Liaise with creative teams in Japan

IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • Three years' experience in drawing with digital tools and using creative tools such as Photoshop
  • Experience in character design and illustration production for commercial games and light novels
  • Experience in managing outsourcing of character design and illustration production and supervising illustrations
  • Businesslevel English and Japanese language skills
  • Experience as an art director or project leader
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and supervising illustration productions
  • Ability to work and communicate well within a team as well as think independently
  • Have a venture outlook that strives to grow with the company
  • Be passionate about making Japanese entertainment exciting
