Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding in-house team based from our Hemel Hempstead site, with hybrid working.
This is a hands-on role, executing all aspects of the recruitment process and determining innovative ways to attract high calibre talent as we continue to grow.

Standard BPSS Security check is a requirement for this roleDuties and Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to)
What you'll do -
- Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned requisitions from attraction, screening, selection through to hire plus keep in touch activity during notice period
- Write and post professional job adverts
- Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicants' abilities
- Provide support with global projects as required
- Support hiring events in terms of planning and coordination
- Ensure quality of recruiting data is maintained to the highest possible standard with our Applicant tracking system
You must have 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech environment, ideally multinational and must have built your skills as a recruiter, ideally in an in-house startup setting.
Consistency and accuracy, strong organizational and time-management skills are without doubt essential to ensure the success of this role and that key deliverables are met.
