Job Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding in-house team based from our Hemel Hempstead site, with hybrid working.

This is a hands-on role, executing all aspects of the recruitment process and determining innovative ways to attract high calibre talent as we continue to grow.

Standard BPSS Security check is a requirement for this role

Duties and Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to)

What you'll do -

Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned requisitions from attraction, screening, selection through to hire plus keep in touch activity during notice period
Write and post professional job adverts
Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicants' abilities
Provide support with global projects as required
Support hiring events in terms of planning and coordination
Ensure quality of recruiting data is maintained to the highest possible standard with our Applicant tracking system

The Individual

You must have 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech environment, ideally multinational and must have built your skills as a recruiter, ideally in an in-house startup setting.

Consistency and accuracy, strong organizational and time-management skills are without doubt essential to ensure the success of this role and that key deliverables are met.
