An exciting opportunity to work for this forward thinking law firm as an Administration Coordinator.
Based in their modern and centrally located Leeds office, you will be working as part of a small, friendly team.
You will be managing the workflow for theadministrative team across all offices and your duties will include:- Managing resources and delegating workloads to ensure all tasks are being completed on time
- Managing rotas, work schedules and holiday / leave requests
- Liaising with other offices, between key stakeholders and support teams, sharing instructions and managing expectations for all parties
- Adhering to and keeping company guidelines up to date and clear and assisting team leaders with training of staff
You must have excellent organisation and communication skills, able to support and train other members or staff and have strongIT knowledge (MS Office).
