Mansfield - office based

About them:My client is a successful and well-established print and packaging supplier operating from their recently expanded HQ in Mansfield. Overview:

Due to expansion, they now have a position for an Internal Sales Executive. This is a new and exciting role working with the external Sales Manager and Director.

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for developing Group sales in their NorthernSales Area and targeting accounts north of Junction 28 of the M1.

This person will also be tasked with promoting and coordinating any enquiries internally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying large users of packaging materials, local accounts with potential, the buyer's details and key decision makers.
  • Proactively generate enquiries and orders for the Northern Sales area.
  • Obtain best cost prices and lead times from external suppliers.
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers for any nonstock bespoke stock items

Experience

  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' proactive business to business sales experience
  • A confident telephone manner, organised nature with commercial mindset.
  • A demonstrated ability to prospect and develop relationships with customers.
  • Competent IT skills
