We are pleased to be exclusively partnering a leading UK multi-site business in the recruitment for a HR Business Partner to be based from home but with travel across the Midlands and North West.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of the wider HR Business Partnering team, this role will partner with an assigned business division

As the HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for providing a full Generalist service to a UK-wide client group.

Key accountabilities to include (but not limited to):

Talent Management
HR MI reporting and analysis
Change Management
Employee Engagement & Culture
HR Project Management
Employee Relations

This is a true Generalist role with the scope to develop the remit across a fast paced business.

We are looking for a proven HR Business Partner who is looking to join a close team and add HR value across a diverse business.

You will have a strong Generalist background and need to have worked within commercially focussed organisations.

Our client is looking for individuals who are passionate, innovative and team players.

Given the broad nature of the stakeholder group, you will enjoy engaging with all levels of the workforce.
