Import LCL / FCL Clerk

Location - Witham

Salary - £25 - £30k

Hours - Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

A major UK & International industry specialist for over 30 years, dealing with global shipping, is looking for an Import LCL Clerk to join their expanding team in a buzzing, friendly team environment

They are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual, who has either Air, ocean, import experience, experience of customs and a customer focused individual who is well organised, with strong attention to detail and great communication skills

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
ERTS procedures & handling
Dealing with overseas offices & partners
Working start to finish on files
Processing sales & purchases
Raising Invoices
Managing direct client accounts
Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with policies and procedures.
