Manage workshop activity efficiency for your customer

Learn to follow set sales and aftersales process
Promote and crosssell other products and services
Retain and build product knowledge to share positively with customers
Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience whilst maximising overall profit

What you can do:

Can harness effectively the management tools available to change for the better of the customer experience; making decisive and bold decisions to benefit both the business and the customer.
You will be able to provide energy and leadership to induce a sense of focus on providing the best customer experience possible.
Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
Happy to manage your workload and customer base by planning your time

Previous experience in vehicle sales or a similar environment
A team player able to support and be part of a wider group
A person who can influence and consult with customers
An individual who can set their workload and be selforganised
A calm, stable personality who can deliver a high standard of personal service
