Are you a driven salesperson with an entrepreneurial flair who loves a challenge?
Our client is a fast-growing premier search property portal based in London and due to the growth and demand for their services they are now recruiting for a Telephone Business Development Consultant to report to the Central Sales Manager
This is a predominantly target-driven telephone-based role and you will have high levels of self-motivation, appetite, and drive with fantastic communication skills as you will be contacting & engaging with existing and new clients over the telephone.
Your role will be 20% account management and 80% new business development.You will have the attitude to this role as there are no such things as quick wins and will use your commercial acumen of estate agency to get you to achieve your goals.
This would suit you if you aren't afraid to pick up the phone, you can hold a conversation, ask relevant and direct questions to ascertain key information, and enjoy working and speaking with people of all levelsTelephone sales or face-to-face sales experience is necessary, or you have previously worked within property portal industry.
Using an internal CRM and Microsoft Office is an integral part of the role so you must have good computer skills.
