Job Description:


Responsibilities


Perform a wide variety of Trust administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support the Company's ever-growing and diversified international client base.


You will assist the Officer and Management Team with the day-to-day administration in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.


Provide a high level of quality internal and external client service and the accurate and timely provision of administration services.


Tasks

  • Actively support and perform in line with the Group initiatives
  • Participate fully and proactively in the promotion of a constructive "client servicing" culture
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Teams and Management Team to ensure a collaborative approach
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with all Administration Team Members on all client administration tasks
  • Plan, prioritise and organise tasks and activities efficiently, ensuring effective time management
  • Invite feedback and look to improve performance
  • Acquire knowledge of business activities, products and services
  • Assist senior members of the Team where required
  • Deliver the highest level of client service in line with our Group behaviours with the objective of exceeding client expectations
  • Ensure effective and efficient client correspondence and ensure turnaround times are as short as possible and the client's working style has been respected
  • Assist and work collaboratively with the other (Senior) Officers and Management Team on daytoday administrative tasks and matters in respect of their client portfolios
  • Complete client administration matters accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure client procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain proper and orderly client records
  • Support an ongoing programme of continuous improvement to client service, identifying and escalating opportunities as appropriate
