About the role


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a real passion for recruitment and can hit the ground running.


What will you be doing?

  • Partnering and building effective relationships with specific Business Units to fully understand their resourcing requirements and ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent.
  • Developing cost effective and effective campaigns and copywriting adverts in line with our Employer Brand
  • Organising and administering selection processes including online testing, telephone and video interviews, and manage assessment centres.
  • Attending and supporting the delivery of open days and careers fairs as and when required.

Who are we looking for?
You will have strong IT skills including MS Office Suite and experience of managing Applicant Tracking systems. You will have excellent knowledge of legislation relating to employment and ideally, knowledge of safer recruitment procedures.


We're looking for someone who is results driven with good organisation and planning skills, excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally & externally.


You will be an effective team player who is able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.


Why should you apply?


This is a full-time temporary maternity cover contract commencing in October 2023 for a minimum of 6 months working 35 hours per week.

The role will be based between our Chapel Street office in Liverpool City Centre and Anfield Stadium. We also offer the opportunity to work hybrid, depending on business needs.
