As a Team Leader you will be expected to:
- To lead and motivate your team.
- To prepare and operate a rota system that will ensure suitable levels of safety, security and care and oversight for the children cared for in your establishment.
- To contribute to the Care Planning process of children cared for by the Family Care Group by: Attending and preparing for children's conferences, reviews, planning, core group and other meetings in connection with children placed with the Company
- Ensuring that children's records are maintained accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Attend to the personal care needs of young people
- A current valid full driving licence is desirable.
- Previous Residential Childcare experience is essential (Not nursery/early years)
- Possessing a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce is essential
- Be able to work on a shift/rota basis
- An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment paid for by us
Salary:
£30,550.00-£31,564.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wythenshawe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 3 Children and Young People Diploma (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
Shift availability:
- Day shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)
