HR & Office Administrator - Lincoln - £25k-£30k
Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a HR & Officer Administrator for an ever-expanding company.
We are looking for a dedicated, driven, and creative individual to support the HR and Accounts department within the business.
The role of the HR & Office Administrator
- Job advertising
- Preparing standard contracts
- Processing starter and leavers paperwork and assist with the termination process
- Maintain and update employee files and records on HR system
- Recording holidays and sickness
- Daily timesheet confirmation with site/line managers
- General office administration stationery ordering etc
- Setting up and coordinating meetings including distributing notes of meetings and agendas
- Experience in working within a HR department
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
