HR & Office Administrator - Lincoln - £25k-£30k
Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a HR & Officer Administrator for an ever-expanding company.

We are looking for a dedicated, driven, and creative individual to support the HR and Accounts department within the business.


The role of the HR & Office Administrator

  • Job advertising
  • Preparing standard contracts
  • Processing starter and leavers paperwork and assist with the termination process
  • Maintain and update employee files and records on HR system
  • Recording holidays and sickness
  • Daily timesheet confirmation with site/line managers
  • General office administration stationery ordering etc
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings including distributing notes of meetings and agendas
  • Experience in working within a HR department

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
