About Our Client:
An innovative company with a strong drive to continuously grow and stay ahead in their markets. They are a prominent player in the UK's Homeware Imports sector, with a diverse range of products, including a focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness. Currently looking for a Merchandiser to join their dynamic team.

Maintaining excellent product knowledge and utilizing all available resources to achieve set KPIs
Making informed commercial decisions to manage stock levels effectively
Collaborating with Operations Management to ensure adherence to established procedures
Working closely with the Senior Merchandiser & Merch team to align with the Company's goals on a global scale
Adaptable to market demands and customer requirements, actively participating in regular face-to-face account reviews
Promoting best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating effective communication across all levels

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record as a Merchandiser in the Retail & Online sectors, strong numerical skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Sumif formulas, and Vlookup
Experience in Import and Container Utilisation environments, with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations
Excellent commercial acumen with the capacity to make strategic decisions confidently
Highly organized, analytical, emotionally intelligent, and capable of multitasking efficiently to meet deadlines and KPIs
Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Background in IT systems, strong numerical proficiency, advanced Excel and Tracker skills, and familiarity with Warehouse Management, Stock Control, and Bespoke systems
