- Lead a small team responsible for the maintenance, growth and development for the consumer community
- Work in partnering with a team of researchers, ensuring successful delivery of projects for clients
- Leading the engagement and development of the consumer community
- Leading the strategy for the recruitment team and developing the community to reflect market trends
- Maintain a pool of casual staff to support product testing when required
- Reviewing and recording learnings from campaigns to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure first class customer service is provided to consumers
About You:
- Proven track record of leadership and line management
- Market research field experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office packages and be adept at working with numbers.
- Highly motivated and willing to develop can successfully manage a high workload.
- Possess a Full UK Driving License travel to alternate site required, possibly once per month
- Full time 36.35 Hours per week
- Hybrid Working role
- Flexible with some evening and occasional weekend work required
