Hours:
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing;
- Working within Veolia's hazardous waste customer services department
- Processing customer enquiries and bookings
- Dealing with internal and external customer queries relating to the disposal of Hazardous Waste
- Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure that calls from customers are dealt with swiftly and effectively
- Ensuring the correct information is provided to customers including, quotations, booking of transport, inputting waste details and order labels
- All data is entered into Salesforce system
What we're looking for;
- Previous telephone customer service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate and experience using Salesforce is desirable
