My favourite client is welcoming a
2nd Line Support Engineerto join their team on a permanent basis

You'll gain hands-on experience being heavily involved in project work, providing 2nd Line Support to clients and customers, and gain exposure and training on 3rd Line tickets for you to grow and develop into the best IT Engineer you can be.

You'll be based in the Southampton office (hybrid) providing 2nd Line Support and will have the following skill set:

  • Azure
  • extensive
  • Networking knowledge intermediate
  • Citrix knowledge
  • Excellent Customer Service and ability to problem solve
  • Active Directory permissions, users, groups
  • Windows Server 2003+
  • ITIL environment (desirable)
  • ServiceNow / an equivalent ticketing system
  • Problemsolving skills
