Our client is a top property business in Nottingham, and they are looking for a super Property Manager to join their fun team They are looking for the right person to join their young, motivated team who will add to their existing culture and get stuckin.

The Property Manager's Role:


  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties which comprises of majority standard AST private residential, with a handful of HMOs and student accommodation.
  • Manage all aspects of the process of letting new instructions into their portfolio together with reinstructions from Tenants vacating.
  • Organise maintenance for all managed properties liaising with contractors, organising schedules of works through our ticket system including followup enquiries to ensure the work is completed satisfactorily.
  • Liaising with Tenants and Landlords daily regarding any enquiries that may be received into the office and solving issues that may arise during the tenancy.
  • Ensure properties within their portfolio have uptodate compliance and legislation
as well as tenancy renewals.

  • Supporting other members of the team (where appropriate) if workload permits and
providing holiday cover for another team member's portfolio on a reciprocal basis.

  • Together with the second property manager, organising the property inspection diary to ensure that all inspections within their portfolio are carried out within the timeframes required.
  • Managing the end of tenancy process including deposit resolution.

The Individual will:


  • Property Management Experience
  • Comfortable taking on responsibility, whilst being effective in working collaboratively.
  • Quick learner, with strong problemsolving skills.
