Support the secretarial team of a local authority organisation, where you'll access new opportunities, whilst developing your current skills and abilities.
Showcase your administrative, data handling and secretarial skills in a temporary role that will getyour foot in the door of a large organisation.
In the Office Assistant role, you will be:
- Providing Managers and their staff with day to day secretarial / administrative requirements
- Drafting documentation, correspondence and presentations, producing high quality letters and using spreadsheets and databases
- Managing electronic and paper based filing systems and archiving documents
- Data handling, updating records, filing, preparing reports,
- Opening, screening and prioritising correspondence
- Previous administration / secretarial experience
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literacy, proficient in MS Office and Teams
- Organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative, work unsupervised and manage a highvolume workload
This is a full-time temporary vacancy working 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday for a period of 12 weeks.
You'll start on a salary of £10.00 p/h plus holiday pay, and the role offers remote working providing you have the ability to travel to officesin the county of Conwy to retrieve equipment and the odd occasion to meet the teams.
