The Role:


You will work directly with adults supporting them to participate in their chosen activities such as going out to lunch, seeing friends, watching movies or trips to the cinema, going to the gym or simply out for a walk around the block We want you to work closely with individuals to develop their life skills such as communication, social skills, and ultimately their independence.


In their homes you will support with their personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.


Available hours and shift patterns:

Current vacancies extend to full time (37 hours) and part time (24+ hours) pro rata.

You will be working various shift patterns including early, late, sleepover and nightshift working to meet the needs of the people we support; therefore, full flexibility is essential to be considered further for this role.

You will be required to also work weekends on a rota basis.
