Our client, a highly regarded and established specialist wealth management business is looking for an additional Financial Administrator to join their team.


You will be joining a well-established, friendly yet busy firm at an exciting as they continue to see growth across the business.

As a result, my client is looking for people with financial services experience who want to develop their career in the wealthmanagement area.

In return they can offer certified training and support for you and your career.

In this varied role you will have your own case load of clients, work closely with Paraplanners and financial advisors and liaise with providers and provide supportto clients right from the initial contact.

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Financial Administrator:

  • Previous experience working in a support role within the financial services sector
  • Knowledge of pensions or investments or an interest in the area is highly desirable
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail, as well as being proactive
  • Superb customer service skills, with great communication in both written and verbal form
  • Selfstarter but also capable of assisting colleagues when required

Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing new clients i.e. letters of authority
  • Producing client reports & portfolio updates
  • Administration including scanning, allocating and receiving incoming post
  • Processing client withdrawals
