Role & Responsibilities


You will work with a team that delivers some of the biggest and most exciting IT programmes globally, all built on the Microsoft platform.

You'll be working with multiple teams of specialists, covering the full Microsoft stack.

The market is moving to a full online model, which will give you the opportunity to on work on client projects at the forefront of technology trends.

With our clients based across the UK you'll never have a dull moment or find yourself short of challenges

In your work, you will be expected to deliver consulting assignments (as well as support sales and pre-sales activities)


Tasks may include:

  • Functional analysis analysing business processes, documenting customer requirements and designing functional and technical solutions.
  • Technical analysis of Dynamics 365 including configuration, customisation and development of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Oversee aspects of a project or manage small / medium sized projects.
  • Confidently lead design thinking engagements.
  • Contribute to presales activities and estimation processes.
  • Define work of others and monitor its quality.
  • Help advance the team by coaching other team members.
  • Collaborate on internal initiatives and be able to evidence innovation in their work.
  • Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
  • Build rapport quickly and inspire confidence with both internal and client teams
  • Design and deliver key artefacts and workshops e.g., roadmaps, vision boards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology releases.
  • Help identify, pursue and close business development opportunities, whilst continually contributing to existing project success

Skills & Qualifications_

  • Able to lead clientfacing work including workshops, presentations, end user training and meetings.
  • The ability to translate customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • A good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, and underlying data structures.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, both as part of the team and on own initiative.
  • The ability to manage their workload and time according to deadlines set. Resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment and interface with business and technology partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral listen, understand, present and challenge.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, able to bring a point of view, perspective and clarity to client challenges.
  • You have an ability to clearly articulate and present your ideas and solutions in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Flexible attitude, critical thinking and the ability to engage with stakeholders at every level from csuite to end user.
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes, stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presentation and coaching.
