Our client is looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accountancy team in Guildford on an initial 6 month basis

Our client a well known & growing business based in Guildford is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accountancy team

Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - Guildford

Reviewing invoices profiled on the electronic approval system
Assisting with the profiling of technical invoices such as rolling Counsel fee notes
Assisting with the on boarding of new vendors, including bank detail verifications
Entering credit card statements and expenses onto the AP system
Preparing approved invoices for payment
Making payments in multiple currencies by BAC's and CHAP's
Reconciling supplier statements
Monitoring aged creditor information
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting with any other reasonable requests as determined by AP team leaders and other senior finance managers
