Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a

social housing provider in the

London region, to recruit experienced

Service Officer. If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,

Contract: 3 months (Possible extension)

Salary:
£18 p/h (Umbrella)

Start Date:
ASAP

Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week /Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

DUTIES

Viewing & tenancy sign ups.
Tenancy management.
Maintaining tenancy records on the housing management system.
Basic benefit and income maximisation advice.
Offering signposting and referral support to external agencies.
Weekly health & safety checks fire detection, emergency lighting etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience working within a social housing provider or a similar organisation.
At least 2 years' experience within a Service Officer role or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of health & safety laws and legislations.
Understanding of laws and legislations relating to housing, benefits and tenancy management.
