Showroom Manager - Luxury Furnishings

Salary £30,000 - £33,000 + commission + bonus + excellent benefits

An amazing opportunity for a Retail Manager to join this luxury furnishings company to manage their beautiful showroom in Cambridge.

This is a growing organisation that offers a fantastic work/life balance with excellent benefits, salary, commission andbonus scheme.

Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will have full accountability for all aspects of your Showroom with a key focus on driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

To be responsible for the delivery of sales and profit targets
Maintaining the showroom to the highest standards
Managing and motivating your team to deliver world class service
Meet and exceed sales budget, KPI targets and LFL growth targets
Develop a selling culture amongst the showroom team
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that drive footfall into the showroom
Responsibility for stock management and ordering, managing a high value stock inventory
Train, coach and develop team members
