Financial Controller

An experienced Financial Controller is required to join our client's growing, dynamic business.

This role is offered with a planned, progressive career path. This is a key position in the business designed to ensure strong accounting and reporting across multiple entities. You will play a pivotal part in the development of the business and will reportdirectly to the MD.

Key areas you will be responsible for are:

Coaching, developing, training and motivating the finance team.
Ensuring the business maintains a strong financial control environment.
Review of the consolidation of monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts.
Process and control improvements where appropriate.
Manage and coordinate the annual business plan and budget process with the MD.
Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly financial and nonfinancial reports.
Manage the relationship with external auditors and HMRC.
Stock accounting and costings analysis.
Treasury and cash management.

Both fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and part qualified will be considered for this role. A positive, proactive attitude is key, with proven success in leading a successful finance team.
