Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Knowsley CYPMHS Team, as a Mental Health Practitioner Band 5.

You will be part of an MDT, working closely with supportive and experienced colleagues, and will be involved in the service user's journey to recovery, helping to identify early signs of psychosis, and supporting the person to understand and manage their symptoms.

Previous community experience is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

The post holder will be involved in the screening process, in order to identify people who may be experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or are at risk of developing psychosis.
