Role Summary
NHSP International are looking for a dedicated consultant to build our permanent international recruitment talent pool.
Responsibilities
- The creation, and growth of an international permanent recruitment pipeline.
- Identifying needs and informing forecasts in line with acquisition of talent activities to maintain and increase permanent placements.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following
- Proven and demonstrable experience in an international recruitment consultant or sales role in the healthcare sector is desirable
- Ability to manage high volume applicants and work towards deadlines
- Be used to working in a high volume recruitment or resourcing role
- Have the desire to learn about the different roles within NHS Professionals
- Have a proactive attitude and able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns
