Description
Act as first contact to parents in outreach locations ensuring a high standard of client care.

Liaise regularly with the SfL team and core workforce partners to assist in the co-ordination, development, and quality-improvement of the service.

Hold awareness of the increasing vulnerability of this defined project caseload. Participate in regular management, clinical, safeguarding and group supervision and team training.

Always ensure safety and dignity of service users.

To promote the use of digital resources on Just One Norfolk to enhance self-care skills for children, young people, and their families.

To confidently utilise virtual platforms in assessments, interventions, training, and networking to support effective practice and partnership working.

To write clinical records in a concise, accurate and timely manner in line with Cambridgeshire Community Services record keeping policy.
