An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our enthusiastic Staff Bank team here at Bradford.

You will be joining a friendly team that serves the Trust by supporting our clinical services to fill gaps in their permanent rotas.

The position also requires that you take lead on the weekly manual payroll process for all bank workers who operate in a non-rostered service and to take responsibility for all bank workers' pay queries and guide them to a successful conclusion.

You will also deputise in the absence of the Staff Bank Team Leader and to act in a supervisory position as and when needed.

Finally, we it is an aim to build relationships with bank workers to gain a better understanding of what we can do to retain and support our temporary workforce.

The successful applicant will have experience of delivering an excellent level of customer service and be able to work in a busy environment, meeting service fulfilment deadlines in an accurate and pro-active manner.
