North of England to recruit a
Recruitment Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake responsibility for overseeing the recruitment team and dedicated retention project leads, contributing to the development and growth of an expanding organisation

£41,000 - £47,000 p.a.
**Key responsibilities and experience;

Ensuring the consistent delivery of the organisation's ongoing recruitment campaigns; updating and improving recruitment microsites, social media presence, promotional material and branding
Spearheading bespoke on/off site events and attending external jobs and careers events, reviewing and analysing the benefits and impacts and adjusting as required
Substantial experience of managing and motivating a team to deliver positive outcomes
Flexible in order to meet the demands of the service i.e. attendance at career events and the ability to travel across our geographical sites
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience within Recruitment / HR / Organisational Development
