North of England to recruit a
Recruitment Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake responsibility for overseeing the recruitment team and dedicated retention project leads, contributing to the development and growth of an expanding organisation
£41,000 - £47,000 p.a.
**Key responsibilities and experience;
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of the organisation's ongoing recruitment campaigns; updating and improving recruitment microsites, social media presence, promotional material and branding
- Spearheading bespoke on/off site events and attending external jobs and careers events, reviewing and analysing the benefits and impacts and adjusting as required
- Substantial experience of managing and motivating a team to deliver positive outcomes
- Flexible in order to meet the demands of the service i.e. attendance at career events and the ability to travel across our geographical sites
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience within Recruitment / HR / Organisational Development
