The Production Team is looking to fill the role of
General Operative in their Castleford facility which entails FLT duties.

At IPL Brightgreen site based in Castleford, we combine our in depth-knowledge of recycling with our ground-breaking technology. Our goal is to repurpose plastic for the greater good.

What you will bring to the role:

Essential experience and skills:

-
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (required)

Good communication skills
Reliability and flexibility
Ensure correct materials are being processed by following written job card instructions
Be able to cooperate with other team members
Sampling and testing of recycled polymers as per quality control procedures
Complete production records, as required by workplace instruction
Maintain high levels of housekeeping and adhere to H&S guidance
Have experience in counterbalance forklift operation
Follow Health and Safety rules
Be able to work rotating shifts
