Our client, a well-established independent estate agents are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Worcester.

Working hours of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays

In return, our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:

£20,000
£25,000 basic

- £35,000 - £45,000 OTE

Career progression

Ideally, to be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:

Previous estate agency and valuing experience
Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills.
Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills.
Full UK driver's license

Key tasks of a Senior Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

Work closely with the office head and with all team members.
Provide client management and support.
Obtain sale instructions in order to achieve business targets.
Ensure that properties are marketed and sold with maximum professionalism and efficiency.
Daytoday management of buyers and sellers
Keeping abreast of local and regional house price trends
