HOUSING NAVIGATOR, ROUGH SLEEPING ACCOMMPDATION PROJECT, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND DERBYSHIRE (OFFICE IN SUTTON IN ASHFIELD) PERMANENT, FRWK09 £24,223 - £26,270

The post will provide an intensive service in across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to support complex, and/or chaotic service users in securing and maintaining accommodation.

This cohort of service users will have a history of rough sleeping and are likely to be at risk of rough sleeping due to struggling to adapt to the change in lifestyle required and difficulty of adhering to the rules and regulations that come with being a tenant in accommodation.

The post exists to stem the flow of rough sleepers by taking a lead on coordinating the support from a range of agencies to adults with a broad range of issues, and creatively supporting those individuals to maintain tenancies, sustain independent living, and building their resilience.

The post requires a driver with access to own car and full driving license.
