Do you have excellent attention to detail and a strong background in Order Processing? Are you looking for a new and exciting role?

This role could be your next career if you are a self-motivated and accurate individual who has experience within order processing.

Working alongside the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for looking after customer orders from initial request to delivery, liaising with both customers and suppliers.


Responsibilities:


  • Order processing administration
  • Scheduling and management of couriers and samples
  • Coordinating various Excel spreadsheets to manage workload
  • General office administration surrounding H&S, cleaners, post, stationary
  • Organise social events and birthdays

We are looking for:

  • Experience of working with order processing systems
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Self
- motivated and well organised

  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

Salary:
£15.38 per hour (£16,000 per annum)

Hours: 20 hours a week - 5 days a week, 4-hour shifts
