The role responsibilities:

  • Making calls to current and former students to gather feedback on courses
  • Working towards targets in surveys per hour, dials per hour, call length and quality of calls
  • Training is provided and continued support is always available
  • No sales involved in the role; the calls are purely research based

The person we're looking for:


  • Experience of working in a contact centre is preferred although not essential as long as transferrable skills can be demonstrated
  • Outgoing, assertive, personable, enthusiastic and selfmotivated
