Job Description:


We are currently looking for a Project Planner to work with us from our Car Manufacturing Client's site in Solihull.


You will be an important and valued Member of our Team working on following tasks:

  • Development and management of integrated detailed schedules, using Primavera P
  • Facilitation of workstream plans creation and disconnects resolution by engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including 3rd parties.
  • Identification of timing risks and disconnects within the plans and development of mitigation plans.
  • Compiling management reports and associated metrics to drive programme delivery and to support management reviews
  • Monitoring of endtoend programme schedule for vehicle programmes in coordination with all functional representatives.
  • Monitoring of vehiclerelated workstreams progress versus baseline target.

Qualifications:


To enjoy the tasks and be best at them, you will have:

  • A planning mindset, including understanding of the foundations of schedule creation, management.
  • Experience in the use of schedule management software, such as Primavera P
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to enable you to identify, navigate, and ultimately resolve any issues in the plan.
  • Strong reasoning skills able to use data to drive evaluation and results.
  • Experience of working on major projects in a relevant industry concerned with new product development (e.g. Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Rail, Oil and Gas).
