We are searching for a versatile and experienced self-starter to support creation of our new, national 'virtual' Incubator for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiographers.


You will provide sole coordination and administrative support for all areas of activity including; events, communications, partner engagement, committee administration and developing web materials.

Duties and responsibilities:


Working closely with our Incubator Lead and others, this is a great opportunity to be at the heart of an exciting new initiative, working alongside fantastic academic Radiographers and located within a professional and lively team.

You will provide administration across an evolving programme of Incubator activity and give front line support to Radiographers developing their research careers.


Essential requirements:

We are looking for applicants with excellent and diverse administrative experience, strong communication skills and great customer service practice. You will be experienced in administering courses/events and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

You will use your drive and dedication to input into planning and delivery of the Incubator and provide high quality work in all areas.


Experience of working with learners/professionals in the Higher Education/NHS or research funding sector is critical, as is experience of supporting introduction of new initiatives.

You will have experience of successfully operating within multi-stakeholder partnerships and be able to develop new systems and processes. You should have a flexible approach, strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with a small and impactful team.

Further information:

This is a part time (0.5 FTE) fixed term position for 3 years. Please note the position is available to start from 8 January 2024.

The role is primarily based at Hammersmith Hospital, East Acton.

You will also be required to attend other sites across London and nationally to deliver the Incubator work, such as; in person meetings with the Incubator Lead at Royal Marsden Hospital or delivering national in-person events at external venues.
