The starting salary for this role is £36,989 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. This is a fixed term/secondment opportunity until 31st October 2023.


We are excited to be hiring a new
Administration and Systems Lead to join our fantastic Market and Brokerage Systems team.

The team is based in Woking, but we move around the county taking advantage of a hybrid working model.


About the role


The Contract and Commissioning Support Service provides robust contract management, performance, and brokerage support to Commissioners of Adult Social Care.

A countywide team, it provides a strategic perspective to some of Adult Social Care's biggest grants and contracts and works closely with the Procurement team and area-based commissioners to ensure the directorate is achieving, through its commissioned services, the best value-for-money outcomes possible for its residents.

Our busy and friendly team is looking for a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join us.

This is an opportunity to develop your data analysis skills, report building/writing skills, and presentation skills in order to produce creative reports which support commissioning in Adult Social Care.


  • Proven track record of developing, specifying and implementing system configuration to business requirements,
  • Cando attitude and ability to use initiative to continuously improve processes and systems functions,
  • Knowledge of IT best practices and methodologies (Agile, DevOps),
  • Backend experience on a Sourcing System Software or Market Place style product,
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication and team management skills,
  • Experience of providing training and updating technical documentation.
