€100,000 base €140,000 OTE + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for an experienced account executive or customer success manager to join a thriving team in a remote position based in Germany.
You will see yourself working with strategic development of their customers business process and workingwith SaaS solutions that improve and optimise customers business processes within Supply Chain.
This is a unique chance for a strategic, goal oriented and organised person with knowledge of SaaS solutions to flourish within a 25 strong growing and ambitious team.
Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
- Owning and maintaining customer relationships
- Communication measurable value and proactively identifying development needs for customers
- Identify profitable strategical solutions for customers
- Identify commercial development opportunities and opportunities to lead upsell/crosssell
- Monitoring customers key performance metrics and taking actions to improve them
- Experience and knowledge from SaaS solutions
- Experience in B2B relationship building on executive and senior level accounts
- Experience from strategic account management and proven success in commercial growth for your customer base
- Process and software solution experience in any of the following areas: supply chain management, space & assortment, promotions and markdown, workforce
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
