JOB TITLE:
Income & Credit Control Officer

LOCATION:
Manchester

SALARY:
£22K - £26K

Simpson Judge are working with a company within the public sector who have an exciting opportunity for an Income Credit Control Officer to join the Finance Team on a fixed term, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

Job Details:

Invoicing
Inbound and outbound calls
Agreeing payment plans
Taking customers payments over the phone
Debt recovery
Sales ledger duties and using the finance system to improve processes

The skills and experience required for the role:

Experience of accounts payable's role
Excellent customer service skills
Level 2 English and Math's
Ability to use finance system and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work accurately and to set deadline
Understanding customer needs and have attention to details when completing given task
