The Xenia Group are a fast growing organisation consisting of different brands; Xenia Estates, Xenia Lettings and Xenia Students. We specialise in property, block and lettings management as well as student and residential lettings, operating throughout the country.

We are looking for a temporary part time Cleaning Operative to join the team in Newcastle for 20 hours per week.

You should have a positive and pro-active attitude and a drive to keep and maintain the high standards throughout our student accommodation building in Newcastle city centre.

If you can clean to a high standard, have a keen eye for detail, as well as taking pride in your work, you may be exactly what we're looking for.

Responsibilities:

Deep cleaning of student accommodation rooms and kitchens following checkout.
Cleaning of communal areas and assisting with general upkeep of the property as required.
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and window cleaning
Sweeping, mopping the bin store
Empty bins, clean toilets and sinks
Keep lift clean internal & external
Wipe clean mirrors in gym area and vacuum

Dependable, enthusiastic and hard working
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred
Good computer/admin skills
