Our Role

Your role will include:

  • Processing invoices and following them through the various authorisation routes to payment
  • Liaising with managing agents to collect and process rent collection data
  • Updating reporting, tenancy schedules and management systems
  • Assisting with insurance renewal process, providing information where required
  • Office administration including dealing with correspondence/notices received
  • Assisting with diary management and travel requirements (if required)

Your Impact and Responsibilities
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our diverse portfolio. Your specialist knowledge and experience by managing a great variety of residential products in our different funds.

  • You are the 'go to' person in your area of expertise/specialty for questions from your colleagues
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Providing all information and reports as required

Your Required Skills

  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of being highly organised and able to work for periods autonomously, identifying and focusing on priorities.
  • Proficient at MS Office including Excel and Teams.
  • Experience working in an environment with commercial property.
  • Be able to tailor your message to different stakeholders to ensure that the correct message is received
